Not able to send and receive the mails
This is the primary function of the email, and if there occur issues in sending and receiving, then try to input the given suggestions
For sending mails:
Make sure that you are typing the correct username of the recipient.
Do not send attachments that exceed the permissible limit
Ask the receiver to check their spam box and if the emails are landing in that folder
Maybe the receiver has blocked you
For receiving mails
Make sure that the device has an internet connection
Refresh the webpage for loading new emails
Check your spam folder
Ask the sender to send you the mails again by reconfirming your email address

Peter
